The Sankampaeng Hot Springs is approximately a 50 minute drive from Chiang Mai city.
Price for foreigners is 100 baht per adult and for Thai (or those with a Thai driver's license) is 50 baht per adult.
There are added expenses once inside the Hot Springs to use the mineral pool, for foot massages, to boil eggs, use the kid's pool etc.

Overall, our family had a relaxing day. I'd give it a 4/5!
Below are the shoes that you have to wear into the bathrooms... not made for my big foreigner feet!
